Geely at the Auto Show 2025: exclusive app for one of the largest booths at the event
The Auto Show returned in 2025 after years without an edition, marking the arrival of Geely in the Brazilian market. With one of the largest booths in the pavilion, the brand needed to deliver an engaging experience to showcase its launches and strengthen its positioning in the country. The challenge: to organize a large amount of information, integrate different areas of the booth, and ensure quick and clear access to the brand's content, with efficient mechanisms for engagement and lead collection in an environment with intense traffic. OROZ created an exclusive app for the booth with programming, vehicle details, booth map, brand content, QR codes for lead collection, and interactive activations that increased visitor engagement. A real-time metrics dashboard allowed the team to track accesses, interactions, most visited areas, and the performance of activations. Geely gained visibility into visitor behavior and obtained concrete data for decisions in future events.

Mercado Livre Awards: voting and RSVP platform with a peak of 105,000 users
OROZ developed, in partnership with BTO+, a complete public voting and guest management platform for the Mercado Livre Affiliates and Creators Awards — an initiative to recognize the best names in the brand's affiliate and content creator ecosystem. The operation required two distinct flows on the same platform. For the general public: open voting with quick registration and OTP validation via email, limiting to one vote per category with up to 15 options. For the 1,400 official guests: an exclusive RSVP flow with CPF validation, digital ticket with QR Code sent via email, and on-site credentialing operated by Mitte Conecta. All communication was conducted by OROZ via WhatsApp and email. A complete administrative panel allowed tracking the status of each guest, opening and closing categories, and exporting data. The infrastructure was built on AWS, with a secure database, encryption, and good LGPD practices — maintaining stability at the peak of 105,000 simultaneous users. After the event, OROZ delivered a report consolidating all the metrics of the operation to support decisions for future editions.

Espaçolaser Convention 2026: Complete App from RSVP to Post-Event
In partnership with Avantgarde Brasil, OROZ developed the official WebApp for the Espaçolaser Convention 2026, held at Villa Galé in Alagoas. The platform centralized the entire digital experience of the event, from registration and logistics for flights and accommodations to gamification, exhibitors, and satisfaction surveys. The result was an NPS of 91 and an average rating of 9.6 for the app. The challenge went beyond creating a beautiful app: it was necessary to build a platform that solved real operational problems before, during, and after the event — registration with different profiles, automatic room allocation, flight selection by origin, and management of companions, all without manual controls in spreadsheets. OROZ developed a WebApp with an official feed, daily and room programming, polls, notifications, event map, and administrative panel. A logistics module automatically identified each participant's profile by CPF and directed the correct flow. Gamification with QR Codes and real-time ranking, matchmaking with chat and meeting scheduling, and a stories module completed the platform. Results: 309 registered participants, 2,314 stories published, 16,178 likes, 3,632 comments, and 1,244 messages exchanged. Overall event NPS: 91. Average app rating: 9.6/10.
